3rd Collaborating Meeting for Japanese WHO Collaborating Centers
Dr. Tatsuya Yamashita participated in the 3rd Collaborating Meeting for Japanese WHO Collaborating Centers.
There were 28 participants from 37 WHO cooperation centers in Japan.
At the meeting, Prof. Kasai, who became the new WHO Regional Director for the Western Pacific, and Prof. Nozaki, who worked for the Western Pacific in May 2019, explained in detail the future policies of the WHO Western Pacific Bureau. Among them, there was a lecture about what is required of the WHO Collaborating Center.
After that, each collaborating center gave a three-minute presentation on the progress of the past year, and we discussed about collaboration with other collaborating center in Japan.
